Final Phase 30
This program is designed for newly graduated Estheticians to help you transition from the classroom to the real world of the beauty Industry. In the program you will complete four requirement courses that are mandatory for you to receive your licensure in the state of New Jersey as a skincare specialist. Upon completing these practical skills you will receive a Certification of completion for the following: (1) Temporary Hair Removal, (2) Makeup Application, (3) Facial and Body Procedures and Decontamination and Infection.

Final Phase 30 will provide you with the salon experience that will allow you to apply your knowledge in a setting with real clients. During each session you can take photos and videos of work helping you build a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and sets you apart as a new esthetician in the industry. Upon completion of Final Phase 30, you will also have a professional reference for future opportunities, and continued mentorship and support.
Week 1
Temporary Hair Removal/Waxing
This program is for newly graduated Estheticians to help them transition from the classroom to the real world of the beauty industry. You will complete four (4) mandatory licensure requirement courses. Upon completion you will receive a certification of completion.
*Sanitation and decontamination will be taught through every practical skill.
Week 2
Facial and Body Procedure
During this week you will learn in depth product knowledge of the skincare lines carried in the salon, facial protocols the Mobeauty way, and you will be performing facials on clients within the salon along with models. You will also learn salon culture, how to greet clients and customer service basics.
*Sanitation and decontamination will be taught through every practical skill.
Essentials Trainings
We provide four (4) different types of essentials trainings to help you jumpstart or elevate your current lash or eyebrow business. The current offerings are: Behind the Tweezers, 1:1 Classic & Volume EyeLash Extensions, 1:1 Advance Mega volume/ Russian Volume, and the Eyebrow Enhancement Course.

Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate, and have new confidence interacting with your clients. During each session you can take photos and videos of work, helping you build a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and sets you apart in the industry.
Behind The Tweezers
Group Class (5hr)
In this 2-day group class you will learn eyebrow enhancement, in depth brow mapping, product application, and color theory on a live model. Additional teachings, lash: extensions, advance classic & volume techniques, health/biology, growth cycle, placement & application, science behind adhesive and retention, refill and removal as well as client building, and social media presence.
Both classes come with full professional kits to service up to 20+ clients, a certification, and detailed manuals with lifetime support.

1:1 Classic & Volume EyeLash Extensions
Individual class (5hr)
This 1:1 eyelash training includes fully supplied kit that lashes up to 10-15 clients.
We will go over sanitation, eye anatomy, placement, mapping, curl type, lengths, style variations for different sets of eyes, marketing, tools, supplies, and fan making. The first half of the class will be book work and practice. In the second half you will practice on a dummy head or live model.
Lunch will be provided.

1:1 Advance Mega volume/ Russian Volume
Individual class (5hr)
This advanced course is for lash artists that want to expand their business, clientele and skill. This training comes with a fully loaded kit of easy fans, premade fans and regular lashes to install handmade fans. You will also learn lash mapping for custom sets along with insight on different fan making techniques, marketing, and certification of completion.

Eyebrow Enhancement Course
Individual Class (3hr)
The Eyebrow Enhancement Course comes with a eyebrow kit and a certification of completion.
In this course you will learn how to map the eyebrows so that they are symmetrical, clean, and even. Additionally, you will learn how to apply product to enhance the natural shape of the eyebrows, as well as insight on marketing your business.
